Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 72 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is on the way! 

IN-PERSON PICKUP:

Only certain free gifts can be picked up in-person daily anywhere in the CBRM, from 9-5. An email or text message will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. (See 'About Cape Breton Life' section in the main menu for more information on free gifts.)

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 7 buisness days using. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping
to Canadian locations. We do not ship outside of Canada at this
time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not offer international shipping to the countries outside of Canada, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cape Breton Life is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. These are only applied when shipped outside of Canada. 

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and packaging un opened we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Capebretonlifestore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution for every customer.
